Our Mission
Skillfully managing a small to midsized law firm is a complicated balancing act. Competing priorities and decision fatigue can weigh heavy even on the most seasoned managing partners, and there's no substitute for the support, advice, and expertise of those carrying the same responsibilities at other firms. THE PARTNERS' TABLE is committed to fostering an environment in which innovation is promoted, strategic thinking is enhanced, vulnerability is encouraged, and success is celebrated.
Our Model
- Each cohort is made up of 10 carefully vetted managing partners
- Cohorts meet monthly, with the exception of July and August, for 4 hours via zoom
- Each member signs a confidentiality agreement to protect sensitive information
- Monthly meetings follow a strict agenda to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency
- We will occasionally invite guest speakers to present to members on relevant topics
- Exclusive and original content created just for PARTNERS' TABLE members
